That's why I've developed a simple but tremendously efficient guarantee for all those moving to Ottawa: When you book your house hunting trip with me at least three weeks in advance, I guarantee that you will have two days of my time booked exclusively for you - I will not take other appointments on the two days set aside for your exclusive house hunting excursions. Usually it is best that these two days fall on the second and third day of a typical one week house hunting trip. Additionally, when booking your house hunting trip, we will pre-book appointments to accomodate an introduction between us and at the same time, an introduction of you to Ottawa and its neighbourhoods. We will also pre-book an inspection appointment time for the last day of your house hunting trip and time block daily follow up appointments should we need them outside of your two day house hunting block. Any appointments not needed are easily cancelled, but if you do need them, you will have the certainty of knowing that you will have them.
All said, before you arrive in Ottawa, you will have a guaranteed itinerary of my time scheduled for you in order to make your house hunting trip productive, efficient and planned. It takes some of the "hectic-ness" out of the process and allows you to make your house hunting trip knowing that your needs will be met.
